Isn't that a fairly ridiculous expectation? An hmd is a display that renders in sbs format. It's not a console.
Would you be surprised if your new lg monitor didn't support your old games? But the same games ran fine on a comparable samsung display? What about if your 3 year old games stopped working on your new graphics card?I don't blame the developers of the game, i blame oculus and their closed sdk.
Vive is an open format, but oculus are the ones being ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ trying to score exclusives on a ♥♥♥♥ing pc peripheral. Pc users are traditionally able to buy whatever peripherals they want.
If oculus wants to start this closed format crap, they should take it to Apple where that BS belongs. Originally posted by:You're disappointed that a three year old game can't support brand new hardware? Isn't that a fairly ridiculous expectation? An hmd is a display that renders in sbs format.

That's a problem. You don't just plug in VR and it works.

Hi guys, is there an easier way to get the magazines in erathia dungeon? They just never appear in shops, or if they do its always the aviation one which I already completed. Those are the only Quests I'm missing to 80/80 everything but have ran the dungeon several times with 3 50floor POE and still missing a bunch.
VR isn't a monitor. The game needs to be designed from the ground up to work with in. They can retroactivaly put it in, but this game is not being patched anymore. I also have been a professional programmer for over a decade, and built and upgraded more PCs and media centers than i can count.Yes.a HMD is just a monitor, the game works in VR with 3rd party software, games do not need to be built from the ground up for VR (I've played plenty using said software), and in fact this game was already built for it (i played it and it still works with oculus). The OP started this thread to request vive support almost a year ago because it was already known the game is no longer being patched. It didn't work obviously, so not only are you wrong, you're very late to the party.
So if you're not here because you were searching for a way to make it work, why did you even click the link? Do you even have a HMD?! Originally posted by:Remember? Submitted on 9/25/2016 Review title of Starchaser580Missing online playOnce you start up the game, you can get hooked if you're into space combat and dogfighting games like this. It has a lot of action going on almost constantly and puts a charming feel of an anime-like game simular to Strike Suite: Gundam. A game like this would've made it as big as Elite: Dangerous but sadly fails on the fact that there's no multiplayer what's-so-ever. The whole game is single-player campeign heavy that put's the player in exciting battles, but the turn-off is that there's no online or local multiplayer mode, If this game where on Nintendo systems, that idea would've happen since they always put online in most their games now. Submitted on 7/21/2019 Review title of Hunglo90VGreat fast paced game!Played on PC Got this when it was free. Absolutely recommend this game!
I knew this game got some inspiration from Steel Battalion, I had that hunch! This game also reminded from other classics such as Descent: Freespace, Omega Boost, and Zone of the Enders.I will say though, the voice acting was terrible. BUT this is the director's cut, and I have noticed the improvements here as well.if you enjoy ship/mech combat and bullet hell type games where you could possibly rage one or two times, I definitely recommend it!
