Golden Sun Dark Dawn Otka Island Map
.Yamata revisited / Snowdrift Shrine / Lonely Island Ruins With the treasure of the Watchtower in hand, return to Yamata (the Cuba-looking island, remember). Though the scene hasn't changed in the palace, it will now. Examine Himi (the daughter), and the treasure will activate itself. After a cut scene, you'll need to go to a grave, which is conveniently located next to the palace. The stairs you took to get into the palace itself are flanking a doorway, and it is that doorway which you must enter.Upon entering the main room of the grave, you'll get another short cut scene, as well as indirectly be introduced to a new power at your party's disposal. First, cast Move on the rock behind the grave to get it off the platform. You'll notice two orbiting pink sparks, circling above the platform a bit hypnotically.
Cast Himi's Search Psynergy spell, and the platform will light up. Hop to it, and it will teleport you deeper into the ruins.

However, other than collecting a couple treasures, you can't do anything more in here for now. Part 4 Progress Yamata revisited Snowdrift Shrine Lonely Island RuinsExit Yamata and sail northwest. We're saving you a step here: the king of Tonfon is implied to have the map you need, but he'll just send you somewhere else, so we're skipping the middleman. Keep sailing northwest as far as you can. You'll eventually reach some glaciers that have short, tiny brown rocks between them that stop your ship. At this point, you need to follow the brown rocks around to find a path through the glaciers.
You're target is a log cabin-looking site with a crashed boat next to it. You'll know you're in the right place if it's called the Iceberg Outpost.Upon entering the area, cast Search on the pink sparks in front of you to create a platform.
Hop across it to get to the building, then head inside. There is a dresser on the left side of the room; shove it to the right, then enter the door. After a cut scene, you'll get the Umbra map, which is what you came for. Re-enter the house to aquire the treasure chest. Move the dresser again and enter the room. When you exit the room the push the log against the back wall and walk to the chest. Exit the house and go to the right, hop across the ice and climb up the tree and grow the vine. After getting up the vine go right climb up the tree and walk across, use grip to jump across to get the forgeable Mythril Silver from the treasure chest.
After that, don't forget to grab the Djinni in the other part of the house. To get to him, you'll need to use grip to get back arcross and continue west, and slide down the roof of the house.Once you're done with this area, once outside, Karis will check out the map on her own and circle four spots on the world map to tell you where to go.
Kraden and Rief suggest first taking your guests back to Tonfon, but screw them: you're on an important mission! Instead, sail out of your maze of glaciers and head west to the closest spot Karis indicated. It indicates a beach in the snow.
Disembark there, and follow the linear snow path around to the south. It's a bit of a walk and the path will eventually horseshoe back around to the north, at which point you'll find a cave with a door that has the familiar pink sparks. You know what to do here: cast Search, and the door will open.Welcome to the Snowdrift Shrine. Despite the number of exits in this first section, the area is deceptively small, so we'll forego the usual section numbers here.
There are basically three sections: this first section is the lower section, there is an underground section and an upper section as well. Your first step should be to climb the ladder in the northeast corner here, which will take you to the upper section. From there, climb the rock ladder that's in your face to get to the very top of the mountain. Follow the path west, and you'll spot a Djinni that will ski down the slope and stop on a rock. Follow him, and when you crash into him, you'll send him flying to the lower section.
Another convenient ladder will be right there for you, so head down and collect your Djinni after beating the crap out of him. There are a few treasures you can get up on the 'ski slope' as well, if you want to do a bit more skiing. When you're done, you'll need to do one more ski trip down the relative center of the slope. Climb down the ladder, and you'll appear again at the lower section, except now in the center rocky plateau. Cast Search on the portal, then step on it to enter a small treasure room. You'll get your first piece of Umbra Gear (all Umbra Gear can be equipped by Sveta), and you'll be able to leave this area. Once you're back to the world map, you'll notice that the red circle for this spot is now gone and replaced with a tiny red X.
One down, three to go!Sail all the way back to Tonfon now and check in with the emperor. After the cut scene, exit out of the palace and swing by the external guest house to get a reward. Then head back and speak with the emperor in his study, he will then give you the second treasure to stopping the eclipse. Then, from the Tonfon Docks, head out west into the forest.
Keep going due west, and you'll eventually come to a small lake with a singular island in the middle of it, one with a cave mouth. Go to the southwest corner of the lake, then cash Search on the pink sparks there to create a bridge to the island.Sitting on the island is the Lonely Island Ruin. Enter, and you'll be in an area with two rooms linked by three doors. Enter the middle door first to pick up some armor, then retreat and enter the right door to pick up some cash. Finally, go back and enter the left door.
Move the rock out of the way to the right, then hop across for another treasure and the path forward. The second section is the final section, but you get a multi-step puzzle to continue one. First of all, you'll notice a puddle on the left side of the room. Whatever you do, don't cast Arid Heat on it to evaporate it, as you'll need it for later, even though it will be in your way until then.Okay, now, notice the statue in the center of the north wall of the room. You've seen guys like this before, and probably remember what to do: have Sveta cast Slap on him, and the statue will rotate. Two torches will then light on either side of the room. Douse them both, then slap the statue again. The statue will rotate a second time, and it will produce tears that fills the pool in the room.
Cast Move on the moveable rock to shift it one spot to the right so it falls into the pool and makes a bridge to the water bowl. Cast Arid Heat on the bowl, and the statue will be free for another slap.Do so, and the statue will reveal its fourth face and form. Remember that puddle? From the left side of the room, cast Cold Snap on it to form a glacier. Then, you can climb up on the ledge on the left side of the room with the little rock ladder that next to the left torch.
Hop to the glacier, cast Move on the moveable rock to get it off the next ledge, then hop over there. Climb the little stairs to your left, and finally cast Whirlwind on the purple haze above the statue.
The statue won't need another slap, and will instead just disappear into the ground. Head inside the new room, collect your second piece of Umbra Gear, then leave the ruins and head all the way back to your ship.
Otka Island / Gaia Falls Islet / Burning Island CaveOnly two more pieces of Umbra Gear to go, but we're going to make a side trip first. From Tonfon, sail east toward Yamata. About halfway between the two cities (it's a very small dot on the map but it's still noticeable), you'll eventually come to a cave mouth, but it's surrounded on all sides by those little brown rocks you saw near the glaciers. To get in, you'll need to position your ship at the northeast corner of the rocks and wait.
A hurricane (though it simply literally looks like a wispy tornado on water) is circling around in the ocean near your mystery island, but it takes a bit long of a path. If you're antsy, you can sail out east from the island and look for it, but it's not going to make the hurricane move any faster. Anyway, when you spot the hurricane, sail your ship directly into it. Hopefully your characters packed some Dramamine because the ride will test their motion sickness tolerance, but eventually the hurricane will dump the ship inside the rocks, allowing you to access the island. Once inside, you'll spot a Djinni and a treasure chest, along with platforms and a couple sets of pink spots. There is a door to go deeper, but we don't have the key yet. Still, it's good to pick up another Djinni when you can.
Part 4 ProgressExit the island, then sail the ship as far south as you can. Admittedly, this isn't very far, but there is small alcove in the brown rocks on the south side. Freedom wars ps vita. Sit tight, and eventually the hurricane will come in and pull you out of the rocky ring. It sort of takes you out of the way, but at least you're out now.Continue east past Yamata until you come to the easternmost red circle. There isn't anything fancy you have to worry about to get into this cave, other than the usual cast of Search. Once inside, you'll be in the Gaia Falls Islet.Like other two areas for the Umbra Gear, this area is deceptively small. After going through a hallway, you'll come to the first main room, which has a river running through it.
Consider the river a conveyer belt: you can walk on it, but only in the direction it's going. Right now, there's nothing you can do with it, so bear right and cast Grip to get across the chasm, then hop south.Oddly enough, you'll actually exit the area for a moment, but you'll be below your ship; it's pretty weird and trippy if you think too hard about it. Go to the other cave mouth outside, and you'll be back in the main room but on the other side of the river. Bear left, ignore the river, and cast Grip to get to the left ledge when you can. On that ledge is your third piece of Umbra Gear, which probably seems a little anticlimactic. We're not done yet in the room though.
Grip back across, then walk north a few steps to the blue rock. Then, walk onto the river while moving as far to the right as you can.
If you're in the right spot, you'll be pushed against a set of blue rocks in the middle of the river, but not the southern-most rocks. Walk right, and you'll see a spire on the east bank. You'll need to cast Grip from the middle of the river—if you let the river push you any more south, you might be out of range. Once you get across, walk north and face left, then cast Grip on the spire in the middle of the river.
Finally, walk to the left; even if the river pushes you, keep holding left, and you should make it to the left bank again. Walk north, and you'll come to a leaf you can grow into a vine. There is a door behind the waterfall up there where you can get a sweet Djinni for your troubles.Okay, just one more piece of Umbra Gear to go. Head back to your ship and sail to the last red circle on the map. The circle is indicating an island, and the beach to disembark onto is on the east side. You will eventually come to a cave mouth at the base of the volcano, which will lead you to the final Umbra Gear area.Inside the Burning Island Cave, your first move is to go east and hop across the little rock to get to the northeast ledge. Follow that around and, when you're as far to the west as you can go, cast Grip on the spire in the wall.
You'll swing over to a door that takes you to the lower floor. In the north-center of the wall here is another large door that you don't yet have the key for. Otherwise, you're next to a giant pool of lava with stepping stones and thermal updrafts everywhere. Hop on the rocks just next to you, and you can cast Thermal on the nearest updraft to ride it up for a treasure, then drop back down with the convenient slide.Back at the lava pool, go slightly south and you'll see another updraft just north of a spire. Grip across the lava, cast Thermal, and hop onto the draft to head back up. Shove the moveable rock off the ledge, then head back down.
The rock is now serving as a slightly discolored stepping stone down there, but we're not going across it just yet. Hop south and east to get to the southeast ledge, then follow the ledge the whole way. You'll scare a Djinni, who will jump over to an updraft.
Ignore him for now, and instead hop south to the easternmost updraft. Cast Thermal, ride it, shove the rock, and slide back down. This second rock also serves as a new discolored stepping stone, and this one leads to the Djinni. Hop over to him and cast Thermal on the updraft he's standing on to dislodge him. We'll grab him on the way out though. Now you're ready for the central updraft.
You can get to it by hopping across the first rock you dropped down here. Ride it up, and you'll get the final piece of Umbra Gear. World mosaics free download.
Cast Grip on the spire to the south, follow the ledge to the right, and you'll be able to pick up your Djinni after a fight. You're finally done here: exit the area, and proceed back to your ship.
